TechBridge Pathways targets talented but often overlooked IT graduates from previously disadvantaged communities. Through structured workplace immersion, mentorship, and exposure to live projects, participants gain valuable insights into how real businesses operate — from cybersecurity and networking to software deployment and client support. This program equips them with the confidence, experience, and networks needed to transition into formal employment or entrepreneurial ventures.
